Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRUTH IRENE BYRD (CLINTON) June 8, 1923 - June 4, 2012 Mom passed away peacefully on June 4, 2012 with daughters by her side. She is lovingly remembered by Leslie (Neil), Linda (Harold), Wayne (Lori); grandchildren Sean, Charlene, Shauna, Brett, Cole, and Scott; and many dear nieces and nephews. Mom was the last surviving family member and now joins Dad (Frank), her parents (Homer and Myrtle); sister (Joyce), and brother (Casey). Throughout her life Mom was a loving, caring, giving person who was always concerned about others. Mom enjoyed looking after her children, her parents, her grandchildren and then her husband. A special thank you to all her wonderful care givers during the last few years, her doctors, West Park Manor, Misericordia Centre, Grace Hospital, Prime (Deer Lodge), and homecare. Cousin Ruthie was always so caring and lovable. I remember so well when we were children we used to play at Aunt Mayme and Uncle George's farm and Ruthie would look after all of us cousins like a Mama. She never changed so good and so caring to everyone all her life..
