TRINIDAD B. GONZALES Peacefully on July 6, 2012, Trinidad B. Gonzales, at the age of 97 passed away into the loving arms of Jesus in her home at 907 Bannatyne Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her parents, Augustin Bascao and Mother Juana Japson, her husband, Maximino Gonzales Senior and her three children (Corazon, Violeta, Letecia). Trinidad was born on November 11, 1914 in Sto. Thomas, La-union Philippines. She arrived in Winnipeg, Manitoba January 14, 1977. She is deeply missed by her three children (Jamie, Virginia, and Maximino Jr.), her three grandchildren (Myrasol, Midas, and Don Medwin), four great-grandchildren (Lundyn, Jaelyn, Xzyanah, Madison) and many nephews, nieces, and close relatives. She was a strong, loving, generous, caring, helpful and very supportive member to her family and many close friends. Our family would like to offer a special thanks to the many home care workers who provided her with genuine love, joy and comfort in her time of need. You will always be in all our hearts Apong! Thank you for making us laugh and sharing your wisdom. Prayers and Visitation will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. The Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 16 at St. Edwards Church, 836 Arlington Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
