MYRNA E. LUND (nee WICKBERG) It is with sadness that the family of Myrna Lund announce her passing on July 4, 2012 at the Health Sciences Centre. Born in Winnipeg August 24, 1943, the only child of the late Ed and Muriel Wickberg. Left to cherish her memory, husband Bruce; daughter Christine Madrid (Nick); son David (Carla), and five grandchildren. Myrna was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and Auntie Moe. A super homemaker with many skills that brought much happiness, love, and laughter to our home. She never complained to family or friends in the more than 10 years she fought lung disease. She showed great strength and courage in her final days. In accordance with her wishes cremation has already taken place. A family celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Donations in her memory can be made to The Lung Association. The family thanks the Health Sciences Centre. Special thanks to Dr. Z. Bshouty and Clare Rubin.
