Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAWRENCE BRUCE IRELAND June 3, 1932 July 13, 2012 Lawrence Bruce Ireland passed away peacefully after a brief illness on July 13, 2012 at St. Boniface Hospital, with his wife and children by his side. Lawrence leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Carollyne of 54 years; daughter Sheryl (Ettore) Chiappetta; sons Shane (Lori), Larry (Melissa); and grandchildren Christopher, Richard, Chelsea, Caitlyn, and Alex. He was predeceased by his parents; infant son Nelson; brother Conrad; and sisters Betty McGee and Alice Cooper. Lawrence worked at CNR and retired after 38 years. One of his greatest joys in life was being a pilot, and he loved flying to secret fishing holes and hunting grounds. Lawrence also enjoyed gardening and winemaking, and was a talented craftsman who could build anything. His wife, children, and grandchildren, were his life. He will be forever missed. Mass of The Resurrection 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 19 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 510 River Avenue, with viewing 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Father Sam Argenziano officiating.
