Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE WILLIAM OLSON George William Olson passed away on July 10, 2012 at St Pauls Hospital in Saskatoon. Service was held on Tuesday, July 17, 2012. He served in the armed forces for 36 years throughout Canada and abroad. He will be greatly missed by all.

I was posted to Dundurn in January of 1981. Mcpl Olson was one of the first people I met. I worked for him for four years til i was posted to Ottawa. George was an incredible teacher to this young MSE-OP. On the job his years of experience was given with patience and a great sense of humor. In our lives he was like a father figure who seemed to have just the right advice or answers when we needed it. Good or bad he was willing to help us.
