PAULINE ANN GLENNIE
Born: Dec 03, 1937
Date of Passing: Jul 12, 2012
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAULINE ANN GLENNIE It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother Pauline Ann Glennie, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, July 12, 2012. Pauline was born December 3, 1937 in Tyndall, Manitoba and grew up with two older brothers and two sisters. Pauline attended Hugh John McDonald and Daniel Mac High and enjoyed great times with her friends. For years Pauline was involved in early NDP campaigns and spent many hours working at union home offices like CUPE and UA Plumbers and Pipefitters. Without doubt you can say Pauline was design-aware and fashion-forward; she was meticulous, perfectly accurate in everything she did and could make something from nothing. Everything Pauline made looked good, from home furnishings to her grandchildren's Halloween costumes. Pauline is predeceased by her parents, brother-in-law Garnet, brother Bob, sister-in-law Jackie and son-in-law Jaan. She leaves loving children Rob, Dawn and Nicole (Ryan); grandchildren Micheal (Glenn), Brynn (Darin), Nic, Sam, Lauren and MacKenzie; great-grandson Owen and granddog Mack as well as brothers and sisters Joe (Shirley), Greta, Barbara (Bill), many nieces and nephews and extended family Pam, Joy and Jacob. Pauline was so happy to have reunited with lost family, both here in Winnipeg and in her mom's hometown of Kilmarnock, Scotland. To her family Pauline was sister, auntie, cousin, Gramma Pauline and Ma. A private family celebration honouring Pauline has already taken place. Pauline's family extends their sincerest gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Harris, Marilyn W. and the wonderful staff at the Grace Hospital for their care and compassion. Let it be said that Pauline always had a smile (if not a puzzled look) for all of the antics her family performed...too many laughs to imagine! Right down to her final days at the Grace! How DO you spell M M?? Hey Paul...we love you, you will be sorely missed and extremely remembered.

Pauline, Thank you for giving me the gift of Rob... he is the kindest and giving man I've ever met! And because of that, we have Sam!.. the best kid that any parent could wish for ... although we might not all be together in our every day lives ... I feel our love all of the time. I wish you peace and happiness in the afterworld ... say hello to Little Gran and let her know that Coronation Street lives on ... and I watch it every day ... !!!
