She was so very proud of her family's sports achievements, and you could always find Mom and Dad on the sidelines cheering them on. She was also very proud to have been involved in coaching the first girl's hockey team at Isaac Brock CC. Mom worked in the restaurant industry. Once retired, she loved her bingo and the casino, where she won her share of jackpots. As per Mom's wishes, there will be no formal service. We will all deeply miss you - you were truly one of a kind. Rest in Peace

I am very sorry to hear about the passing of Doris. I knew her for many years as I went to school with Richard and Diane was my friend in school. My mother Tillie Oelkers knew Doris very well and Doris used to pick her up for Bingo on many a night. Good memories. - Posted by: Brenda MacMillan (Oelkers) (Acquaintence) on: Aug 04, 2012
