SHARON LYNN NYKORAK (nee CORRIGAL) (formerly THWAITES) It is with great sadness that we announce that Sharon has lost her battle with Cancer. Sharon passed away comfortably August 5, 2012 at age 66 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Left to forever cherish Sharon's memory are her husband Lawrence, children Rob (Yvette), Lawrence (Odette), Dave (Corinne) and Nicole. Grandchildren Montana, Brady, Derrick, Amanda and Braxton. Great-grandchildren Jessica, Thalia and Dayton. Predeceased by her mother Alice, her father Andrew and one brother Curtis. She will be greatly missed by her brother Randy (Brenda) and numerous nieces, nephews and close friends. We would like to extend a special thank you to family and friends, as well as the doctors, staff and volunteers at the Cancer Society and staff of Riverview Hospital. A celebration of life will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, August 10, 2012 at Bardal Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.   • Wow, this woman was beautiful and amazing, she raised 3 boys who were older than me and myself, she was a good mom and a great friend. I miss her dearly. I wish I had her here today. I know she's looking down and is an angel now but I miss her lots, not 1 day goes by and I wish u could see me now. You would be so proud of what I'm doing now.   • I have fond memories of Sharon when we were in the bowling league so many years ago. She had a unique laugh and the sweetest smile. I will always remember this dear lady.
