JOHN N UNRAU 1924 - 2012 On Monday, August 20, 2012, at Tabor Home in Morden, MB John N Unrau, aged 87 years went to his eternal rest. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Margaret (nee Penner), three daughters, Elaine Toews of Altona district and her special friend, Ben, Brenda and Jim Dyck of Thornhill, Janice and Jim Saltesz of Brandon, one son, John Unrau of Thornhill, 13 grand-children, 20 great-grandchildren and one brother, four sisters. He was predeceased by his son-in-law, Henry Toews in 1995, three brothers and two sisters. Viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday (today) at Wiebe Funeral Chapel 1050 Thornhill St. in Morden and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 23, 2012 at the Sommerfeld Mennonite Church 5 Parkwood St. in Morden with interment to follow at Chapel Cemetery. When the time came We suffered too. For you never deserved What you went through. God took your hand As we had to part. He eased your pain But He broke our hearts. If you could have spoken Before you died, These are the words You would have replied. This life for me has truly passed. I have loved you all Till the very last. Just read about John's passing this evening, Friday. So very sorry we didn't make it to the funeral yesterday. We would have liked to give you our condolences in person, but our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time.
