My time spent with Gerald were few but greatly memorable. Under the willow tree at Marjorie's, the Springhill reunion and our Christmas cards. You're in a beautiful place now and always looking over us. Blessings to the family and friends. Love Nancy Kibbey - Posted by: Nancy Kibbey (relative) on: Aug 27, 2012

My prayers for Jerry's family are for the comfort and peace good memories can bring through the special gifts Jerry had that he left each of them with - the good times, the love and joy, his kindness and his smile...it has been a long time since I've talked to or seen Jerry...but my memories are of a man who was kind and caring and compassionate, and who always spoke good of, and to others, even in the midst of trouble and problems. Jerry had a gift of wisdom. May his soul be at peace! - Posted by: Pat Kehler ('old' friend & neighbor (from Stradford St.)) on: Aug 24, 2012

Although I had only the great pleasure of meeting Gerald and Yolanka a couple of times, Gerald had a special place in my heart. I will always remember the Family Reunion in Nova Scotia where I had the opportunity to meet him and all of his extended family and the memories of his visits to my mother's house (Marjorie (Hahnen) Burgess, where you both stayed. May you rest in peace Gerald. Yolanka may you find God's strength to carry you forward. God Bless. - Posted by: Kathy Sabbio (Relative) on: Aug 24, 2012
