Vic grew up in Winnipeg and had the chance to visit Germany, and spent some time in Mexico as well. He would laugh, joke and kibits with friends. They broke the mould when they made him, as he was a loyal friend to all. Just about every building we'd pass he would say I painted that. It's funny when alive, all I could think about is the bad he would do. Now dead, all I can think about is the good... I love you Dad. He will be missed by his son Dean, daughter Deb (Craig), his four grandchildren Ryan, Jesse, Antonio and Tristen, his lifelong friend Judith (Grimms 72), his companion Linda, father Edward, brother Mike and sister Corrine. A celebration of Vic's life will take place at Dean's place on Saturday, September 8, 2012, come and go starting at 1:00 p.m.

Oh how sad that you're gone Vic. Your charm and pleasantness was very effective to me and your painting crew. You loved life, had wonderful times, and perhaps you're still smiling as you look at us from your new place. You're a sweet man. Thoughts of you as that.
