My deepest sympathy goes out to Doug's family and all that knew him. Doug was special in the manner he could use his quick wit and have you laughing yet turn serious in a blink of an eye on any topic he loved especially the kids he served at the Youth Centre. He was a true professional and was admired for giving more than a 100% to others. Just recently, Doug organized a get together of former Seven Oaks staff. His vitality and charm never lifted as Doug enjoyed socializing with friends. There will be an empty chair at the next dinner but our memories of Doug will last a life time. I miss you dear friend. - Posted by: Dan Nemis (Friend and former co-worker at Seven Oaks Centre For Youth) on: Sep 06, 2012
