Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMA HELEN MCDONALD A feisty little lady, Norma Helen McDonald, passed away August 25, 2012. She is survived by son Jim (Diann) McDonald, daughter Heather (Jim) Jacobson and grandchildren Lyndsay (Mike) Jones, Jason McDonald, Jacqueline Kennedy, Ross (Lori) Kennedy, Spencer (Nellie) Kennedy, seven great-grand-children, two step grandsons, Brad (Nancy) Jacobson, Jordan Jacobson. Predeceased by husband, Murdo, parents Albert and Maude Goldstone and several siblings and in-laws. Also survived by siblings Stewart (Claire) Goldstone, Kay (Mel) Wolfe, Pat Cruse, Thelma Young, sisters-in-law Tillie MacDonald, Terry Goldstone and several nieces and nephews. Norma was born in Brandon, MB August 18, 1914. She met her husband, Murdo, while working in Ninette, MB at the sanatorium. Later she worked with Security at Eaton's. She was excellent at knitting and crocheting and an avid bingo player. She lived at Beauchemin Place in Winnipeg before moving to Concordia Place where she kept the staff smiling at her outspoken comments. Thank you to the Concordia staff for their excellent care. There is no formal service. A remembrance tea will be held at a later date. Flowers gratefully declined.
