ANN LOUISE McGREGOR (nee ROMANIUK) Sadly, we announce the sudden passing of our dear Mother, Grammy, Aunt, and Friend on Saturday, September 8, 2012. Left to cherish Ann's memory are two sons, Craig (Jennifer), Bob; dear grandchildren, Laura, Tavis and Miranda; niece Linda (Horst); as well as many more nieces; nephews and special friends. She was predeceased by her husband Earl; parents Hope and Daniel; brothers Sam and Mike; and sisters Mary and Evelyn. On January 18, 1920 Ann was born in Willen, MB and grew up on Henderson Highway. Mom moved to Winnipeg as a young woman working with Eaton's Mail Order. She married Earl McGregor in 1950 and they moved to Truro Street where she lived for 42 years. Ann joined the Toastmasters Club earning Distinguished status. After retiring, she was active with Eaton's Retirement Club enjoying many years of camaraderie. Mom will be fondly remembered for her gentle love and devotion to her family and friends. Her positive outlook on life and forgiving nature is an inspiration to us all! There's a little bit of Grammy that continues to live on within the hearts of all those whom she touched. We love you Grammy! God Bless! A Celebration of Ann's Life will be held Saturday, September 15, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for family and friends at 27 Flamingo Avenue.
