EVE (EVA) SCULLION Passed away after 89 years. She graduated as a nurse from St. Boniface in 1944 and worked as an LPN in hospitals in Manitoba and later in Ontario where she was employed by the City of Toronto Department of Social Services working at the True Davidson Home for the aged until her retirement in 1988. She was predeceased by her mother Anastasia (Nellie) Saltis and her father Michael of Caliente and Sandilands, MB and had outlived her two sisters and five brothers. She will be missed by her husband Ernie after 55 years of marriage and her son Kenneth Deleeuw of Selkirk and by numerous nieces and nephews living across Canada. Viewing is at the Ogden Funeral Home in Toronto on Thursday, September 13 between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Service to be held on Friday, September 14 between 11 a.m. and 12:00 noon followed by cremation. Burial to be arranged later at Sandilands, MB where she may rest with other family members.
