Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLILLY ROSE ARMSTRONG (nee PROKOPCHUK) January 15, 1953 July 26, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, and sister. Lilly passed away at the Southwood Hospice in Calgary with family members and Father Mark Bayrock by her side after a brief yet courageous battle with cancer. Lilly is survived by her loving husband Jim; her sons, Paul, Ken, and Justin; and her brothers and sisters, Roman, Bill, Olga, Jean, and Walter. Lilly was predeceased by her mother Annie and her father Paul. Lilly was also predeceased by her nephew Ron and grandnephew Owen. Relatives and friends are invited to Prayers and memorial service at St. Michaels' Ukrainian Catholic Church, 400 Day Street in Winnipeg, Manitoba on September 25, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Lilly's ashes will be interred at the Transcona Cemetery on the same day.
