Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANTONIO GOULART With his family and close friend Frank by his side, it is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family announces the passing of Antonio Goulart on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at the Maples Personal Care Home. Dad was born on March 31, 1929 in Faial, Azores. He and Mom came to Canada in 1960 and established a life for themselves and their two young children. Dad was a hardworking man. He worked as a bricklayer for over 40 years. Antonio is survived by his loving and devoted wife Branca. They were married for 59 years. Also surviving are his daughter Maria (Paul); son Renato; grandchildren Norm (Lisa), MacKenzie (Michelle), Jonny, Mercedes, Orlando, and Seanne; his great-grandchildren Jaden and Brady; his sister Zulmira; and nephew Fernando. The family wishes to express sincere thanks to all the staff at Maples Personal Care Home for their care and compassion during the time that he was under their care and especially during his last days. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, September 18 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin Street North. Entombment to follow in Queen of Heaven Mausoleum, Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue. Rest in Peace Dad, all your suffering is over. We all love you very much. 204-586-8044
