RICHARD PARTRIDGE September 14, 2012 A year ago you had to leave, You fought so hard to stay, But a path free from suffering, Was one that came your way. A year has passed so quickly, It seems like yesterday, We kissed your cheek for one last time, And left you on your way. You told us to keep on going, And make the best some way, We are doing our best to keep our word, And live life for each day. Your laugh, your smile, Your voice, your touch, In life just could not stay. But the laughs, the memories, And love we shared, Can never fade away.
