Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySUSAN KATHY SAWKA August 26, 1958 - September 6, 2012 Sue was taken away after a short battle with an aggressive form of cancer. Sue is survived by her soul mate Wayne, daughter Peggysue and her husband Sean, two granddaughters Tatum and Paige, along with her mother Mary and five siblings: sisters Pat, Joan, Elaine, Edith, and brother Stanley. Sue's green eyes and wonderful smile will be sadly missed by all that knew her. A Celebration of Sue's Life will be held at the Richmond Funeral Home, 8420 Cambie Road, Richmond, BC, Saturday, September 22. Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the B.C. Cancer Society.

It has been years since we last saw Suzie but one look at her photo brought back a rush of fond memories. In our group of friends Suzie was the one that we looked up to. As teenagers, fun times were always to be had but if you just needed to talk Suzie was always there. She was someone special and she was our friend. We send our deepest condolences to all of Suzie's family. Peggysue, you are in our thoughts and we will be in touch with you soon.
