ELSIE MARIE LLOYD (nee MUHLEISEN) Windsor, ON - Winnipeg, MB November 2, 1906 - August 28, 2012 105 Years Mom passed away very peacefully and will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Marlene, son-in-law David; niece Pearl (Orv) and their family; her stepdaughter Mildred and their family. Elsie was predeceased by her mother, father, husband William in 1959; brothers Bill and Charlie; stepsons Jack, Harry and Carl; niece Linda Ireland and her grandson Declan Cornel Wilding. Mom loved to cook, read, knit and crochet, but she had a great love for homeless dogs and cats as she never missed a day in her life of having food and water out for them. Mom worked for Bell Telephone Company in Windsor for 25 years as a long distance operator. Thank you to all at Golden Door for looking after Mom with such great care and making us, her family, feel like we are part of your family. As per Elsie's wishes cremation has taken place and no memorial service will be held. Elsie will be laid to rest at Windsor Grove Cemetery, Windsor, ON in the summer of 2013. Also at her request donations to a No-Kill Animal Shelter or a charity of your choice.
