Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPEARL (BOBBY) MAY NEDOHIN (nee KRASEY) Peacefully at the Middlechurch Home, Pearl May Nedohin went to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Wednesday, September 26, 2012, at the age of 84 years. She was predeceased by her husband Henry in 2009, and her parents Mike and Mary (Tymkiew) Krasey, seven sisters and one brother. She is survived by her son Raymond (Phyllis), two grandchildren Ray Darren (Kristen), Marie Nedohin and one great-grandchild Isla Pearl, as well as many nieces and nephews. Pearl spent most of her youth growing up in the Tolstoi district. In 1946, she met Henry Nedohin and in June 1947, they were married and moved to Winnipeg. She was employed at a cold storage for a few years and then decided to seek a career in hairdressing. She graduated from Pollock School of Beauty in 1962, and opened her own business, Velvets Beauty Salon on Selkirk Ave. Due to an injury she was forced to sell her business and she and her husband took up a position as caretakers at Rotunda Towers. Henry and Pearl were there for 19 years. They both retired in 1982, and spent their senior years in St. Vital at their home. In 2009, Henry passed away and she moved in with her son for a short time. Later she moved to Middlechurch Home until her passing. The family would like to thank the staff at Middlechurch Personal Care Home for their excellent care of Pearl. Please join the family for a celebration of Pearl's life at Green Acres Funeral Home on Monday October 1, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev Raymond H. Nedohin officiating. Interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Raymond Nedohin, Ray Darren Nedohin, Lloyd Urbanowski, and Dennis Whall. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice. Together forever. GREEN ACRES Funeral Home and Cemetery (204) 222-3241 Condolences may be sent to www.greenacresfuneralhome.com

Dearest Raymond, Phyllis & family. Auntie Pearl was a very special lady to us. Her love of life and laughter was very infectious. We will always remember the good times we had with her and Uncle Henry, the times we visited with them. She always welcomed us with open arms. Now God has welcomed her with open arms. Our hearts are with you all, at this very difficult time. Love Cousin Helen & Ted - Posted by: Helen & Ted Johnston (Niece) on: Oct 01, 2012

I just heard the very sad news about Auntie Pearl. Some of my most early memories in my life are with her and Uncle Henry - running behind them as a child. As an adult, I remember them both so fondly when we went to visit the Ukrainian Pavilion for Folklorama and for my 21st birthday. We had so much fun and laughter together. My deepest condolences to Raymond, Phyllis and the entire family. Your mother and grandmother was loved by so many - especially me. I live in Miami, FL so I will not be able to attend the funeral, but do know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. - Posted by: Darlene Rebello-Rao (Family Friend) on: Sep 30, 2012
