Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEDDIE LOMOW June 16, 1923 - October 12, 2012 Quietly, with his wife at his side, Eddie passed away at the Grace Hospital. Eddie is survived by his wife Sylvia, children Deborah, David (Tara) and Susan (Scott), and grandchildren Joshua and Samantha. He is also survived by his sisters-in-law Molly and Sally, and his nieces and nephews. Eddie was predeceased by his mother Katie, father David, and brother Sam. Eddie spent all his working years in the produce business. He was the past president of the Canadian and Manitoba produce associations. Yet, while he worked many hard and long hours, nothing was more important to him than his family. Thanks to the staff of the Simkin Centre, where Eddie spent his last year, and to the Grace Hospital emergency department. REST IN PEACE EDDIE If desired, please make a donation in Eddie's memory to a charity of your choice. A graveside funeral service will be held at the Shaarey Zedek Cemetery on Monday, October 15, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Area 2, Section K, use Gate 2.

Eddie gave us the opportunity to haul produce for Codville in the mid-1970's. As the manager of Glacier Transport, I dealt with both Eddie and Sammy every week.
