  • When Marv and I last visited it was at the Reh-Fit. That would have been about February 2012. He was aware that I had lost my 29 year old daughter and he told me about losing his son. Of course, we shared how hard that is to accept. His advice, was that you simply had to carry on but you'd never, ever forget the loss or feel quite the same again. I am sorry that he's gone. We often chatted briefly about business. He enjoyed his client contact but also that he was no longer chained to a desk. I recognize your charity with great respect but will donate to the Special Services for Children and Youth, in memory of Marvin. We are currently trying to raise funds to bring multiple agencies together under one roof. To be more specific the actual donation may have to go to the Winnipeg Foundation re: Special Services for Children and Youth. I suspect Marv would be okay with that.
