I was very saddened to learn of Jack's passing...he was a very dear man. I remember the first day meeting Jack and will never forget his sincere and honest dark eyes and I thought to myself "I just met a gentle soul". I attended church with Jack and Marty at Ness Baptist Church and also got to know more of his family via teaching piano lessons...my sympathy and prayers to all of you. Praise the Lord that He and Jack became friends. - Posted by: Lianne Kilfoyle (Chmelnytzki) (friend at church) on: Oct 18, 2012

Jack and I had been school mates in Hamiota from Grade 1. I lost track of him for many years but we met again at the Hamiota Reunion in 2007. My sympathy goes out to Marty and his family at this sad time. - Posted by: Doreen Bullen (Friend and schoolmate) on: Oct 17, 2012
