  • We were very sorry to hear of Eric's passing. Rick and I remember the BBQ's Eric and Betty had at their house. Eric was truly one of the kindest and honorable men we have ever met. Our memories go back to the 1960's with Eric and Betty and they will forever be a part of our most fondest memories. - Posted by: Jan and Rick Kullman (Friends) on: Oct 20, 2012

  • I sit here and read these heartfelt comments and smile because I know exactly what they are talking about. I was lucky to have spent the last 25 years with Papa. He was the Dad everyone would have wanted, always loving, funny and always on your side-even when you are wrong. He was the best Papa to our children, loving them unconditionally and helping us teach them to be good people as they grow. He had a special bond with our 2 sons which they will forever cherish. We are all broken hearted but happy to see him go to be with the love of his life, who he missed so much these last 10 years. Thank you Papa for accepting me and loving me like you did. - Posted by: Dea Babson (Daughter-in-law) on: Oct 20, 2012

  • I just read in today's paper; John's name, I was shocked. I have been the barber/hairdresser at DLC for 19 years, and John was my ABSOLUTE favorite person. I just loved when he came in for a haircut and he sure will be missed by me. - Posted by: Sandra Magnusson (friend/barber) on: Oct 18, 2012
