MARY DOUGLAS With great sadness we announce the passing of our Mom, Mary Douglas (Erskine). Mom will be dearly missed by her children, Judy (Glenn), Linda (Sterling), David (Shirley), Mark (Gayle) and Angela (Doug). Also Mom will be missed by her grandchildren Robert, Dawn, Scott, Bev, Rob, Steven, Jennifer, Adam, Kyle, Sarah, Brent, Elisha and seven great grandchildren. Mom was predeceased by her husband Lyle on February 20, 1993. Mom was born in Kenora, Ontario on October 24, 1924. She went to London, Ontario as a young woman to work in the factory during the Second World War, where she met her husband Lyle. Together they raised five children and lived in a number of places before coming to Winnipeg. We would like to thank Dr. Thomas and the Staff of Concordia Hospital for their kindness and care shown to Mom. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477Main Street, with interment to follow.
