A Memorial Service will be held at the St. Andrew's United Church in Manitou, Manitoba on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Private interment will take place at the Manitou Cemetery. Donations in memory of Minnie may be made to the St. Andrew's United Church Memorial Fund, Box 111, Manitou, Manitoba, R0G 1G0. So many good memories of you, Minnie and Bill when I was a child visiting your farm with Mom and Dad. I can truly say I loved Minnie for being such a beautiful and loving person. She was open and caring and she could cook and can like no on else! I can still remember the smells as a child, be it her cooking or just being outside on the farm. Walking in the garden and just taking in the whole country life. She is special and I wish I could go back there again. Lil and Minnie had a special bond. The best of friends. Timeless from this life to the next. I'm thinking of you. With much love to you Bill, Diane, Jerralyne and all of your family.
