ALEXANDER THOMAS ZLOTOFF Alexander Thomas Zlotoff of Swan River, MB passed away on October 6, 2012 at the age of 90 years. Alex was born in the WhiteBeech District in Saskatchewan, on October 19, 1921 to Tom and Molly Zlotoff. Alex went on to receive his education at WhiteBeech School. Alex married Pauline Doris Slastukin on December 20, 1942 in Pelly, SK. Dad had a successful career as Elevator Manager of 43 years retiring from Manitoba Pool Elevators in 1985. Dad was a long time member of the Benito Elks Lodge and had received a commendation for 50 years of helpful service. Alex is survived by his son Ron (Barb) Zlotoff, children Cathy and Chrissie Zlotoff; daughter Shirley (Harvey) Sedor, their children Jeff (Marcia) Sedor and Bradley Sedor; great-grandchildren Jaxon and Marlee Sedor; sisters Lucy Saranchuk, Elsie Saunderson; brother John (Shirley) Zlotoff; many nieces, nephews and friends. Alex was predeceased by his wife Pauline; his parents Tom and Molly Zlotoff; and sister Doreen Ferland. Family and Friends will gather for a time of fellowship and reflection at Heritage Memorial Gardens Rose Room, Swan River, MB, on November 3 at 1:00 p.m. A private graveside service will be held at the Riverview Cemetery, Kamsack, SK where Alex will be laid to rest beside his late wife, Pauline. Should friends so desire, memorial donations may be made in Alex's honour to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Paull Funeral Home and Crematorium was honoured to have served the family.
