Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKENNETH DAVID SOWDEN On Sunday, November 11, 2012 Kenneth Sowden passed away peacefully in Concordia Place care home after a brief illness. Ken was born on September 6, 1928 to Katherine and David Sowden. he lived in Transcona all of his life and was employed with the CNR until his retirement. He cherished his family life. He met and married the love of his life Pat Douglas on October 17, 1987 they spent 25 good years together. Ken was predeceased by his loving wife Pat Douglas Sowden on October 3, 2012. His sister Joan Sowden, mother Katherine Sowden and father David Sowden he leaves to mourn his sister Pat Nelson in Calgary and nephew Charles, his stepson Keith Douglas and stepdaughter Jo-anne Gissbrecht and all their families. Arrangements in care of Wheeler Funeral Home.
