Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTERESA GRACE ZUREK After a brief illness, with family at her side, Teresa passed away on November 15, 2012 at the age of 52. She was predeceased by her father Joseph Zurek, her grandmother Lucy Jackubialojc, and grandparents Agnes and George Zurek. She is survived by her mother Charlotte (Terry Miles), brother Edward (Maggie), sister Angela, nephew Spencer, and nieces Christine, Wendy and Sarah. The family wishes to gratefully acknowledge and thank the staff at St. Boniface Hospital, and the Steinbach Hospital for their loving care and compassion during her illness. The family also wishes to gratefully acknowledge and thank the staff at Envision Steinbach and Martha P. Repel Centre for their years of dedication, care and support for Teresa. A celebration of her life will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, November 24 at the Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr., Steinbach, MB. A private graveside service will be held for the immediate family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to enVision Foundation Inc. (formerly ACL Steinbach).
