Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Jim, Angie and family, We are saddened for your loss. Even though your Dad is gone, remember to celebrate his life in everything you do. Our sincere condolences to you. - Posted by: April and Mark Letwin and family (Friend) on: Dec 16, 2012

  • Dear James, Angie, Anastasia, Emma, Carina: I remember your Dad as a true gentle-man. He was quiet yet self-deprecating in his wry humour. He had a twinkle in his eye, and a kind word for everyone. He had been contracted to renovate our Mom & Dad's living quarters in St. Vital and provided first rate workmanship. I later recall seeing a home video of his building the family home on Sturgeon road, and the project had just been 'framed' with no solid walls yet. Where the front window would be installed, Uncle Lou was "cleaning" the non-existent glass, wearing a smile on his face. It was vintage Chaplin-esque... Now, in our faith, he has been reunited with his beloved wife Nellie. Rest in peace, dear Sir. Uncle Lou now resides in his eternal home. We shall surely miss his sunny disposition. May you receive God's solace and peace in your loss... Love your cousins stano and billo - Posted by: stan ostap (cousin) on: Dec 07, 2012
