Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELEN CHUBEY (nee ZULAK) Peacefully on December 10, 2012, our Mother, Baba, Babka, passed away at Bethania Personal Care Home at the age of 94. Helen was predeceased by her parents, Steve and Ann Zulak; husband John; son Peter; sister Sophie; brothers Bill, Peter, Nick, and John. She is lovingly remembered by her children Ann (Peter), Elizabeth (Walter), Walter (Jan), Adam (Claudette); daughter-in-law Luba; 15 grand-children, 25 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; sisters Justina and Mary; brother Steve (Irene). The family would like to thank the staff at Maples and Bethania Personal Care Homes for their care, kindness and compassion. Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street with Fr. M. Pozniak officiating. Interment at Rosa Cemetery.
