Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNETTE MARIE WELICKO February 13, 1944 - December 18, 2012 It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of our dear wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother after a courageous battle with cancer. Mom is survived by her loving husband, George (companion and pet, Shadow), daughters Susan and Cindy, brother Louie (Darlene) Pageot, stepchildren Darlene (Bob), Gary (Deanna), Greg (Vickie), grandchildren Cody (Ashley), Dusty (Maranda), Tyler, Jace (Jessie), Sean (Shannon), Leonard (Marina), Jennifer (Jamie), Sherry (Jon), Haley and Macey, and great-grandchildren Zachary, Chase, Mitchell and Amy. In keeping with Annette's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at St. Clement's Churchyard. WE LOVE YOU MOM
