DILLON HANS MUELLER August 7, 1991 - December 20, 2012 It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Dillon Hans Mueller, at the age of 21. Left to cherish Dillon's memory are his parents, John and Kim Mueller and his brother and friend Tyler, his Grandpa Hans and Nana Moira Mueller, and his Gran-Marie Gilmour (predeceased by Grandpa Bob Gilmour). Also left to hold him in their hearts are Aunty Eileen Mueller, Uncles Dean and Richard Mueller (Tammy Mueller), Uncle Brett Tester (Lisa Bryce), Aunty Shawn Tester (Tony Kost) and Aunty Michele Semchuk (Joel Semchuk) along with beloved cousins (and good friends) Lucas, Clayton, Melissa, Lauren, Max, George, Cole and Sophie and his special friend Kristy. Dillon had a beautiful spirit and a heart of gold. He loved, and was loved by many friends and family. Dillon was caring and generous, and he would do anything to help anyone. He had a passion for cooking, playing his guitar and music. Dillon was a strong influence in the musical tastes of his cousins and friends as he had a great appreciation the local music scene. Dillon graduated from College Jeanne Sauvé in 2009 and was working for CP Rail, and also aspired to join the Winnipeg Police Service. Dillon would spend many happy times surrounded by those who loved him at family cottages in Lac Du Bonnet and Lake of the Woods, gathering, laughing, and singing around a bonfire. Dillon you have flown from us much too soon, but your warm, bright light will shine on in our hearts forever. Until we meet again sunshine. "I expect to pass through this world but once: any good thing therefore that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any fellow creature, let me do it now; let me not defer or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again." - Etienne de Grellet We will gather to honour Dillon's memory at Winnipeg Evangelical Free Church, 500 Lagimodiere Blvd. at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, December 28, 2012, with a reception to follow. Arrangements handled by Glen Lawn Funeral Home. Should friends so desire, donations in Dillon's name can be made to a charity of your choice.

  • Nothing we can say will take the heart ache away, we can only offer our prayers and thoughts to help you through this unbelievably difficult time. I remember Dillon coming to our house or to Scott McGregors, and even though our boys had become men, the two Dom's, Scott and Dave would hang out, play nerf guns in the basement and then rock out to Guitar hero like they were rock stars. We were all very jealous of Dillon's talent and ability to get to the expert level without even breaking a sweat. We will miss him........may his great smile be never forgotten.
