Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALBERT ERNEST ASHCROFT March 15, 1923 - December 24, 2012 Accompanied by his son Adrian and daughter-in-law Nancy on Monday, December 24, 2012, at Vista Park Lodge, Ernest Ashcroft died at the age of 89. He is now with his wife and our mom, Lorna Ashcroft. He is survived by his children Adrian (Nancy), Ivan (Lynda) and Doris Judson (John); grandchildren Bronwyn Ashcroft, Andrew Ashcroft (Angeline), Daniel Ashcroft, Sean Ashcroft, Andrew Judson (Kathy), Heather Love (Joshua), Alan Judson (Elisha) and Jennifer Judson; great-grandchildren Elijah Judson, Salem Judson, Aetheria Love, Phoenix Love, Magnus Love, Avery Ashcroft and Jack Ashcroft. Dad's favourite place was the Ballinderry River in Northern Ireland, where he used to fish as a boy and as an adult. He was an artist both by profession and as a hobby. Dad's work is visible in many countries in the form of stained glass windows. His oil and watercolour paintings as well as his wood and stone carvings were mostly for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to, Child Evangelism Fellowship of Manitoba, 179 Henderson Highway, Winnipeg, R2L 1L5. The family thanks the staff of Vista Park Lodge for their compassionate care. There will be no formal service.

Adrian and Nancy, We are so very sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad. I was lucky enough to see again some of the beautiful artwork your Dad had crafted for you and Nancy this past June. Your Dad was so gifted and it showed in each piece he shared with you. I hope all your memories of your Dad and your Mom help you through this difficult time.
