Condolences & Memories (12 entries)

  • Glenn was a man above men. He was a true father to his boys, loved them completely - they made him so proud. As his wife, I was always loved, as his friend I was always loved. He worked hard, lived hard, loved hard & played hard. We could all learn something from that. Miss ya, you bugger. - Posted by: Sarah (Ex wife/ Friend) on: Feb 09, 2013

  • Got to know Glenn in Churchill, Manitoba. He worked with my father at the Churchill Rocket Range. Glenn was always fun and full of racing stories from Gimili. Great person and friend. You will be missed glenn. - Posted by: Laurie Rempel (deMeulles) (Friend) on: Jan 13, 2013

  • We miss you so much. No more coffee together, we miss your grin, all that joking around, the (funny stuff) we always talked about. We will see you again some day. - Posted by: Don and Ann ,Brittney and Paige Humeny , (Long time Friends ) on: Jan 06, 2013

  • Glen worked with my exhusband, Bob and they were good friends. We had lots of good times with Glen when we lived in Gimli. Haven't seen him for years but we had lots of fun and he is one friend we will never forget. God bless you Glen. - Posted by: Arlene Masters (Ruehlen) (Friend) on: Jan 03, 2013

  • I am so sorry to hear of Glenn's passing, I first met Glenn many years ago when he arrived in Churchill to work at the rocket range with my husband Clifford Paddock and Lindy Lee. We had many good times together. During a recent vist with Glenn both he and Clifford talked about how would beat this horrible thing called cancer. Sadly Clifford passed away on December 7, and Glenn called to offer his condolences to Mitch and I. Even while he was struggling he still found the time to call - a testament of his good character. - Posted by: Diane Bellerive - Mitchell Paddock (Friend) on: Jan 02, 2013

  • Well we sure raised some hell in Gimli. After he moved west I probably talked more to Kardy than others even though we were many miles apart. We put our minds together and solved many mechanical problems over the phone. We had the best time this past summer when he came to visit. Till we meet again my friend..................... - Posted by: Blair Ellison (Friend) on: Jan 02, 2013
