SANDOR JOSEF FELEKI After living a full life, with great sadness it is time to say goodbye to our dad, grandfather and great-grandfather on Friday, January 4, 2013, at the age of 82, Dad passed with his loving family by his side. Dad was predeceased by his siblings and loving wife Ilona of 41 years. He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his daughters Ilona, and Aniko (Fernando), grandsons Victor and Peter (Lisa) and two great grandchildren, Devon and Chloe. Mom and Dad immigrated to Canada from Hungary in 1956. Dad's greatest joy was his family and he was proud of each one of them. Dad loved taking pictures and dancing. Heartfelt thanks go out to the staff at the St. Boniface Hospital for their compassionate care and support. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 10 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment will follow at Kildonan Presbyterian Cemetery. • Heartfelt condolences on behalf of my family and the society. Mr. Feleki was an energetic man who loved to share Hungarian History with the younger members of the society - he will be missed. - Posted by: Ms. Leslie Morovek (Hungarian Canadian Cultural Society ) on: Jan 15, 2013

  • Sandor Feleki is my Auntie's Father. I remember him as a very nice caring man. He was a great photographer I have a lot of photos of myself as a child that were taking by him and I will cherish them for the rest of my life. I also have a great memory of him taking care of me when I was sick at my Uncle Fernandos 40th birthday party. He was the only one who knew what to do and made me feel better that day I will always remeber that. May you rest in peace now. - Posted by: Ashley Klyne (My Auntie's Father) on: Jan 07, 2013
