Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMILDRED KEEBAUGH (nee HAZLETON) (formerly COCHRANE) Our dear mother passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the Cascades Lodge in Chilliwack, BC with her family at her side. Mildred is survived by her husband Wayne, daughters June (Les) Brent, Kelly (Terry) Harder, sons Richard (Jackie) Cochrane, Patrick (Joan) Cochrane, daughter-in-law Norrie Cochrane, 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grand-children, as well as stepchildren Laurie (John), Gary and stepgrandchildren. Mildred was predeceased by her first husband Douglas in 1992, her infant daughter Nancy in 1954, and her son Stewart in 2011. Mildred was born July 21, 1927 in Digby, NS. She married Douglas Cochrane in 1945 and Wayne Keebaugh in 1994. A funeral service was held in Chilliwack and a private family interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated.

I loved Mildred as a mentor and teacher at Argyle High school in Winnipeg.. She encouraged me to stay in school and chased me to school, picked me up at home met my mom. . I have great memories of her aand how much she cared. And told me I needed to finish high school. Thanks to Mildred u finish Ed high school, graduated from law school, worked inabx both Vancouver and Toronto...
