Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFLORENCE OSACHUK Peacefully on January 6, 2013 Florence passed away in her sleep at the Holy Family Home. She is survived by her son Walter and his wife Nadia along with her two grandchildren Glen and Richard. Mom was predeceased by her first husband Mike Kohut and second husband John Osachuk along with her daughter Elsie and son-in-law Walter Konarski. Special thank you to all the staff at Holy Family Home for the compassionate care and comfort that they bestowed upon Mom. She will be laid to rest beside her husband John at Brookside Cemetery. 204-586-8044
