Condolences & Memories (8 entries)

  • I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to Angela's family and wish them well knowing that she is in a better place. Henriette - Posted by: henriette Lamoureux (aunt) on: Jan 22, 2013

  • I was deeply saddened to see that Angela passed away. My deepest sympathy to the Packham family. Angela was a long time volunteer and I appreciated that she was a phone call away-always willing to volunteer and help in the fight against cancer. I will miss our annual conversation. Angela was happy to share her recipes and by the end of the call I would come away with a favourite jam or jelly recipe. - Posted by: Lynda Ruban (Friend at the Canadian Cancer Society) on: Jan 21, 2013

  • I first knew Angela when she was a boarder in St. Eustache. I was a boarder one Winter and got to know her then. She was such a kind soul and always ready to help you and that means a lot when you are a little girl and someone goes out of their way to look after you and protect you. Angela was always so positive in life and she was a lot of fun and full of joy. She will be missed by all those who had the privilege to have known her. We are sorry that we will not be attending the funeral as we are in Palm Springs at the present. Our thoughts and prayers will certainly be with her and the family she leaves behind. - Posted by: Curt and Anita Wold (friend and acquaintance) on: Jan 20, 2013

  • Sincere condolences to Wes and his family on the passing of Angela. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. - Posted by: Marnie Manerch (Friend of Wes's side of the family) on: Jan 20, 2013

  • It was a pleasure to have known Angela. Even though we did not see each other often, when we did Angela was always cheerful and full of stories. Our condolences go out to Uncle Wes and the family in this time of sorrow. I am sure she will be dearly missed by all. - Posted by: Nancy and Bob Hooper (Niece and spouse of Wes Packham) on: Jan 19, 2013

  • Dear Wesley, Joe and I are in Mexico for a few months but my sister Carol, who is also in Mexico with us, spotted Angela's obituary in the paper today. We are so sorry to hear about her passing. Please accept our condolences from Joe and I and from my other siblings. I will make sure that they are aware of this sad news. - Posted by: Wendy Scheirich (relative on the Packham side) on: Jan 19, 2013

  • So sorry to see that Angela has passed away. She was always so pleasant and easy to talk with at the Petford gatherings in Regina and McLean. My deepest sympathies to Wesley. Am out of the country on vacation at present, otherwise would have attended the funeral. My thoughts are with you. - Posted by: Carolyn Scheirich (Second cousin? to Wesley) on: Jan 19, 2013
