Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALICE BILAN (nee FONTAINE) Peacefully on January 16, 2013, Alice passed away after a lengthy illness with family by her side at Victoria Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Wally. Her memory will be forever remembered by her loving son Brian (Kim), grandchildren Brendan, Chase and Amber. Her daughter Dawn (Doug), grandchildren Tristan, Spenser, Quinten and Calyssa. She also leaves to mourn brothers Emile (Sally), Arthur, Albert (Jeanne), Ron and sisters Helen Fredette (Art), Lillian, Adele, Isabelle. A special loving thanks to Anita for being a special friend to our mother. At Alice's request, cremation has taken place and no funeral service will be held. I was saddened to hear of Alice's passing and wish to offer my condolences to her family. It was not that long ago that she sent out her funny jokes to me in an email. My parents Andy and Rose Billan always kept in touch with Wally and Alice and family especially when they lived on Vancouver Island and we would visit with them.
