STEFAN NICHOLAS ACCO January 2, 1973 January 11, 2013 Stefan Acco passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, January 11, 2013 at his mother's home. Left to forever cherish Stefan's memory are his parents Gloria and Trevor Acco; only son Nicholas; brother Stacey; nieces Jasmine and Alexis; as well as his good friends Rob and Joelle. A private Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2013. Interment will be held at a later date in Assumption Roman Catholic Cemetery. Richard Wojcik, Funeral Director of Wojcik's Funeral Chapel Crematorium, is in care of arrangements, 204-897-4665.

  • I know this message was long overdue. When Stefan passed my heart sank. I remember Stef as two boys playing on the balcony in Winnipeg. We chatting about long trains. He told me how it went on for miles. Now that is his dad passed too I hope they both Rest In Peace. I know that we all go to a better place after this life and hopefully we see all friends and relatives that have gone before us.   • OMG!! I just found out. I met him long ago at Mayfair Recreation Center when I ran the winter programs at the club. I came to know him quite well at that time. I've seen him on and off and here and there over the years. I am saddened that he has passed at such a young age. He always had a kind heart and tons of energy.   • We were just little... 10, 11, 12... lived in the same building where my parents were the superintendents... and were in the same class at Montrose... then later went to Grant Park together. Great memories of simpler times...
