So sad to hear of Terry's passing. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His soft, gentle voice and that great smile was so endearing. It defined who he was. His love of family and friends was second to none. His spirit will on in all of us. Love, Sharon and family - Posted by: Sharon mielty (long time friend) on: Feb 19, 2013

A classy gentleman. Some people go through life and make difference, like Terry. In his way he always made you feel special and as if you were his best friend. He will be missed. - Posted by: Sandy Prockert (Aquintance) on: Feb 05, 2013

Kim & I were friends from the age of 4 and I can recall many fun times at the Lang home and how often I wished that Mr Lang was my dad - he was such a great man. I'm sorry I didn't get the opportunity to see him since I moved out of province. My thoughts and condolences are with all of the family. - Posted by: Donna McCoo (Friend of Kim's) on: Feb 02, 2013

Terry (TK) and I were colleagues during his time at Great-West Life. He was a great mentor and a good friend. He will be missed by many people for many things, but mostly for simply being a great person - Posted by: David McCaslin (Friend) on: Feb 01, 2013

I had the pleasure of working with Terry at the City of Winnipeg both on the Employee Benefits investment Committee and The Sinking Fund Trustees. The City of Winnipeg enjoyed pension contribution holidays of millions of dollars and the pensioners of Winnipeg continue to enjoy one of the most generous pensions in Canada and this is mainly due to Terry's management of the City's pension imvestments. It is truly a great legacy that most people would not be aware of. I hope he enjoyed almost 20 years of collecting his well deserved pension - Posted by: Keith Dowdall (co worker) on: Jan 31, 2013

I was just a teenager when I first met Mr. Lang (Terry was not an option in those years), as I was a friend to his son Kevin. I was always made to feel welcome in the house, and I remember fondly the cheerful smile that would greet me at the door when I came calling. My heart and deepest sympathies are with the entire family as they mourn the loss of their husband and father. - Posted by: Barb Kay-Toronto (Friend of one of Terry's children (Kevin)) on: Jan 30, 2013

I was organizing a golf game one day and asked Terry if the guys would make a good foursome. Terry said, "There are no bad foursomes Kenny" ...I'll miss his smiling face. - Posted by: Ken Bancroft (friend) on: Jan 29, 2013
