Dear Paul and family; Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this sad time. It is with heavy hearts that each one of you may chose to remember and chose to let go of memories and times shared; as you allow yourselves peace and comfort through your process of grief. We wish you strength, patience and love through this time. Love Cheryl, Matthew and Emily (Chorneyko) - Posted by: Cheryl Chorneyko (Friend) on: Jan 29, 2013

"Mr B" was a big part of my life growing up on Kilkenny Drive. I adored his shop - kind of like a Hobbit room in the deep dark earth of the hill...not to mention the fabulous skating rink! And I will plant trees in his memory, as I do recall being taught how to properly and gently whack the first snowfalls off the evergreen trees planted on the property line...now that I am a parent I recognize that Lorne may have been providing his daughter Yvonne and I some 'keep busy' activities...though I to this day go out dutifully every first few snowfalls here in Nova Scotia and do the same to my delicate evergreens. An added memory - Lorne adjusting his glasses while warning, "Now, Yvonne...." God bless and rest gently, Mr B - you have earned it.
