I met John in 1979 and immediately thought the world of him. The first time we met he spooned out some slimy Klub and asked me if I wanted some. As beautiful as his daughter was (is) I was shocked at how much they looked alike. Especially his big smile. He accepted me, and I thought we were always friends. I thought of him today with fondness, and of course some sadness, but I know he and Norma are together sharing the love they were supposed to. - Posted by: Michael Dupont (Son-in- law/Friend) on: Jun 15, 2020

I can't believe it's been 6 years since you rose up into heaven. I miss you, I still think and talk about all the crazy things we used to do. You and mom must be busting a gut up there. You two sure could bust a gut. I still remember your laughs. All the Christmas dinners we shared, going to Toniata, Falcon lake, the toboggan parties, you, mom and Ted and all the gang. Auntie Norma making sure that everything was perfect for any occasion. Anyway I love and miss you, and when I think of something, I will make a tribute to you. I love you Uncle Johnny, aka Dooney. - Posted by: Cindy (Niece ) on: Jun 01, 2019

My love for you is forever and always. I miss you dearly, and I think about you everyday, sometimes it makes me sad. But then I think you are forever in my heart and always watching over me. I'll be sure to send you a sign if I need you to send a bug off letter to a stupid boy. Love your greatest Indianna. xoxox - Posted by: Indianna Mullan (Granddaughter) on: Feb 21, 2015

Beautiful smile with a beautiful soul... Much love to everyone in the family... One of my favorite memories, ar the lake and the phone rings and then it stops, and John saying oh that is the secret code to go and meet my friends at the lily pond. Oh and Klube on a stick.Wonderful man. Xoxo - Posted by: Gerry Mullan (Daughter in law) on: Feb 02, 2013

My deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies for you and your family. Mr. Mullan was a kind and thoughtful man and a wonderful grandpa to Daniel. I will miss our chats about taxes and finances. He was one of the most intelligent financial masterminds that I have ever had the great pleasure to converse with. His wealth of knowledge and compassionate nature will be greatly missed. - Posted by: Heather Allen (sister in law to Scott and Sandi Mullan) on: Feb 01, 2013
