SHARON AIKENS Peacefully on February 3, 2013, Sharon Aikens passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital. She is survived by her husband Raymond, daughter Dawn Lardner (Chris), granddaughter Elizabeth, stepmother Phyllis Sones, sister Alana Rose (Jim), numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends. Sharon was predeceased by her mother Beatrice, father Lowell, and grandmother Francis. Sharon loved to bake, and family and people she knew were the recipients of her labours of love. She especially loved to bake with Elizabeth. She also loved to talk to people and meeting new people through her work. At Sharon's request cremation has taken place, and no service will be held. Flowers are gratefully declined. However, should friends desire, a donation may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 1160-675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3E 0V9. We are so sorry to read about Sharon's passing. You and Sharon were such good friends of Lew's. It was nice to see her smiling face at Eaton's every day and on the times we saw both of you at Lew's place. We hope you're holding up alright in this tough time for you. If you need anything or if there is anything you would like us to do for you, please don't hesitate to call us Ray.
