Harry was born May 18, 1931 to Henry and Catherine Morris. He was the oldest son in a family of 14. He was predeceased by his loving wife Kay in January 2011. He was also predeceased by sister Winnifred and husband Denny, brother Sidney and wife Barbara, sister Kathleen, brother-in-law Leif and sister-in-law Jenni, and Kay's siblings. Dad is survived by his girls Ruth and Arni, Judy, Cindy, Cathy and Mark. Left to mourn their grandpa are Shauna and Dan, Paul, Melissa and Matt, David and Lesley and great-grandchildren Elijah, Zoe, Shae, Luc, Sydney, Davis, Keanna, and Boston. Dad is also survived by his siblings Betty, Irene, John and Anita, Pat and Sandy, Mary-Anne, Gordon and Cheryl, Bernie and Sheila, David, Diane and Gil, Jeff and Sharon and many special extended family members. Harry grew up in the Weston area and as a young man found his passion playing soccer. He was one of the top players in the city and Dad was invited to join the elite travelling soccer team Fulham FC from England while they were visiting the city. He started his career as a machinist with CPR and then went on to a career in the brewery industry where he made many lifelong friends. Dad and Mom enjoyed many years of travel including Hawaii, Phoenix, Europe and many visits to Judy and Roy in their ventures across Canada. Dad always supported his children and grandchildren in all their ventures and he was their #1 fan. Harry and Kay spent many happy years on Weaver Bay and later at Armadale Hollows. Special thanks to the staff on 5C at Tache Centre for their wonderful and caring support for our father. They were amazing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family at this sad time. Mr. Morris, as we called him, was friendly and outgoing and all of Judy's friends liked him. He supported Judy in all her sporting events and I will always think of him cheering Judy on at every swimming meet Judy participated in. What a cheerleader! He will be missed. - Posted by: Debbie Powley and family (friend of Judy) on: Feb 13, 2013
