JOHN HORVATH John passed away peacefully at the Concordia Hospital on January 26, 2013. Thank you to the emergency and Oncology staff for their great care. Left behind to miss and fondly remember him with love are his wife Jo-Anne, his children, Cindy, Bill (Joyce), Bob (Donna) and Patty. My children, Bryan (Andrea) and Allison (Brian), grandchildren, great-grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. His brother George (Pat) and sister Lily (Dennis) are missing and fondly remembering their brother with love and are feeling the same deep loss that we are all feeling. John worked as a counselor for many years for the Province of Manitoba and prior to his retirement in 1994 as an investigator. He was a fun loving guy and was well liked by the people he worked with. Monday mornings we always knew by the laughter heard throughout the office that he was checking on his girls as he affectionately called them. John was an avid fisherman and a real people person who enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved our cottage at Breezy Point and the many friends and family that came to visit. Prior to the cottage days we camped for many years at The End of Main and made lasting friendships there. John was predeceased by his mother, Dorothy, Father, Joseph, infant daughter and grandson Sean as well as many aunts and uncles. Immediate cremation has taken place and at John's request there was no service. John I will forever cherish the good times we had during our time together. You had a heart of gold and I am so grateful to you for always being so understanding and kind to me. I will love you forever. Rest in peace. Love, Jo-Anne.
