KELLY BRYAN WRIGHT Kelly was taken from us suddenly on Tuesday, February 12, 2013. He is survived by his parents, Larry and Pat, his brother Craig, sister Tracey, aunts, uncle, grandfather and his life partner and best friend Fallon. Kelly grew up in North Kildonan and attended Maple Leaf, Chief Peguis and Kildonan East High School. Kelly was a fun loving and mischievous youth who grew up to be a quiet and introspective young man. Kelly was an avid skateboarder and enjoyed anything in the great outdoors, including skating, swimming and camping. One of his most memorable times was his year in San Diego working alongside his brother Craig and living the California dream. Shortly after his return to Winnipeg he met his best friend and one true partner in life, Fallon and together they faced all of life's challenges making their commitment to each other that much stronger. Kelly was a sensitive, kind-hearted and wonderfully loving son, brother, grandson and nephew and valued his family above all for their love and support. Our lives will be a little less bright without him but he leaves each of us with a special part of him forever in our hearts. Kelly, may your spirit soar with the angels! In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Kelly's memory to The Addictions Foundation of Manitoba. A private memorial service has been held for the family at Bardal Funeral Home. Condolences & Memories (6 entries)

  • Kelly was my best friend. We'd argue and fight about the dumbest things. Kelly an I would isolate ourselves from our pack of friends and just talk about life. I could always look Kelly in the eye and know what he was thinking. No one knew him like I did! Kelly had a lot of problems, so did I, but we shared them between each other. I always had Kelly's back unless he went to far. Kelly was fearless. He'd instigate purposely, just to start fights with people way bigger and tougher than him. He got a few black eyes because of it, but he wore them with pride. Kelly had the biggest head I had ever seen. That's why I always called him "Meathead". I saw Kelly at his best and at his worst, and I never stopped loving him, and I never will. His parents lost a son, his brother and sister lost a brother and I feel selfish for saying that I lost my best friend. - Posted by: Ben (Best Friend) on: Aug 21, 2020
