HELENE REMPEL (nee FROESE) 1917 - 2013 Helene Rempel, formerly of Morden, Manitoba passed away peacefully at Pembina Personnel Care Home, Winnipeg, MB on February 17, 2013. She was predeceased by her first husband David Pankratz in 1941, her second husband John Rempel in 1982, her oldest son Siegfried Pankratz in 1994, an infant great-granddaughter Larissa Fehr 1995, and a grandson Maurice Denechezhee 2006. Helene is survived by daughter-in-law Alma (Siegfried) Pankratz, son John (Pat) Pankratz, ten grandchildren David (Edie) Pankratz, Winnie (Walter) Fehr, Vicki (Darin) Hubscher, Jerry (Megan) Pankratz, Sheri Pankratz, Tara (Sandy) Blight, Ivan Pankratz, Bruce (Jaime) Pankratz, Sonia (Dion) Wieler, Celina (Ben) Jimenez, and twenty-two great-grandchildren. We love you and will cherish numerous memories. Viewing will be from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on Thursday (today) at Wiebe Funeral Chapel 1050 Thornhill St. in Morden. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Morden Mennonite Church 363 Gilmour St. with interment at Southside Cemetery.
